I've been using essential oils in my personal and professional practices for over 10yrs; we use them in our home to elevate the energy of our space, to deepen our meditative experiences, for safe and natural household cleaning and for our overall wellness. When I teach, I integrate aromatherapy in my classes to help my students unlock their potential and discover their inner peace - mind, body and heart.

I also have fond memories of my grandmother using essential oils to make her special remedies; she had something for everything {from a bad cough to a broken heart}. She always knew what would work to make me feel better...  a little bergamot for self-acceptance, peppermint for stomach ache or frankincense to soothe the nerves.
