The Next Layer Podcast™: an interview with Latham Thomas on owning your glow + the importance of reclaiming your self-care right now

"...accelerated living is affecting our bodies, our mental health, our emotional health...I'm asking women - in this book - to answer the invitation to slow down, to reclaim their self-care + use that as a pathway to empowerment..." {L.Thomas}

Latham Thomas changed my life. She is the reason I do the work that I do.  It's with great pleasure + humility that I open the second season of The Next Layer Podcast™ with her wisdom + insight. Latham is releasing her second book this month - Own Your Glow: A Soulful Guide to Luminous Living + Crowning the Queen Within - in it she explores + teaches the art of purposeful self-love + self-care + how practicing the two every day makes us more powerful. I loved talking to Latham about the book, the freedom of standing in our truth as women, why it's crucial to talk to young girls about their bodies + her personal journey from new mom to our very own Mama Glow.

This was my first remote interview{!} + needless to say, I started off a little nervous...well a lot nervous, but then I remembered some of the key lessons in her book + my heart whispered to my brain..."own your glow" ...oh + you can hear exactly when I did.

Thank you Latham.

love, alicia.
